Offer Availability

• Cashback rates and offers may vary by merchant and are subject to change without notice
• Availability of offers may vary by geographic location
• Some products, categories, or purchase types may be excluded from cashback
• Promotional offers may have limited time availability or quantity restrictions

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or specific amounts of cashback offers. Cashback earnings depend on successful transaction tracking and merchant confirmation.

Click Tracking & Redirects

Our platform tracks user interactions through click tracking and redirects to measure engagement and calculate cashback eligibility.

• You must click through our platform links to be eligible for cashback
• Tracking may involve cookies, browser storage, and referral parameters
• Ad blockers or privacy settings may interfere with tracking functionality
• We cannot guarantee successful tracking for all transactions

Payouts

Eligibility

• Payouts depend on confirmed cashback balance and account verification
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Account must be in good standing with no violations of these Terms

Review Process

All payout requests undergo manual review for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Processing times may vary based on verification requirements.

KYC/AML Compliance

Donations

Our donations feature allows users to redirect their earned cashback to charitable organizations through a manual facilitation process.

User-Submitted Charities

Users may submit charitable organizations for consideration in our platform. All submissions undergo review.

• Charity approval or rejection is at our sole discretion
• We verify charitable status and legitimacy before approval
• Approved charities must maintain their charitable status to remain listed
• We reserve the right to remove charities from our platform at any time

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the cashback system
• To generate prohibited traffic or artificial transactions
• To submit false or misleading information
• To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• To engage in automated data collection, scraping, or bot activity
• To harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

Intellectual Property

In no event shall ONYT OÜ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service & Terms
